Last night we had the immense pleasure of opening up for our lovely Birmingham brothers Goodnight Lenin. We’d been anticipating this show for weeks ever since the boys asked us and even the hoards of rabid Christmas shoppers that tried to lock me into Moor Street car park couldn’t stop us from making it in time.

There couldn’t have been a more perfect setting for a show than St Paul’s Church, beautiful surroundings, amazing natural reverb and tea and mince pies on tap! It’s been a while since we’ve played in Birmingham so it was great to be back and in such spectacular style! It was a fantastic show to play and the turnout was a testament to how popular Goodnight Lenin are in their hometown. We just want to say a massive thank you to everyone involved in organising the show, everyone who came down early enough to watch us, who tapped a toe and bobbed along on the balcony’s and especially to Goodnight Lenin for making it such an amazing experience.

Being so much fun last night just wet our appetite for our own hometown church show on Saturday 18th December at St Nicholas Church, Nuneaton. Tickets are available now and cost £4 so ask us next time you see us.
